Rates

My contracted rates are based on school day (5-hour) blocks at a cost of £400 per day, including all on-site and off-site activities such as assessment, consultation and report-writing.  This rate is then charged according to hours completed.  Ad hoc services are sometimes available, depending on my capacity, at a slightly higher rate of £450 per school day. Please contact me to discuss which might suit your needs better.

Experience

I have worked as a qualified Educational Psychologist in Local Authority and private sector settings since 2009 and have been self-employed since 2014. Previously, I worked as a Trainee Educational Psychologist for two Local Authorities during my doctorate.

I initially trained as a primary teacher and worked for seven years in mainstream settings around London, Cornwall and also in an international school in Ecuador.

I tutor on the Master of Education Special Educational Needs & Disability (MEd SEND) for Real Training, on their Enquiry-based SEND Practice module.

I am the SEND and Pupil Premium governor at my local infant school.

Logistics

I am located in Rugby but am able to travel to London, Birmingham and across the Midlands.

Much of my work to date has been based in schools and nurseries but this has included home visits and training delivery in other settings where required.
